1 Hydraulic cantilever decoiler

Function: It is used to carry raw material coils. Through the action of the oil cylinders, the coils are tightly loaded and the materials are automatically rotated and discharged.

2 Punching mechanism

Function: punch guard rail connection hole.

5 Electronic Control System

One control cabinet, the molding, fixed length, and cutting are automatically controlled by the computer PLC. The touch screen operation is adopted, and the automatic and manual operation can be freely converted.

6 Hydraulic system

The independent hydraulic pump station consists of an oil pump motor, a hydraulic valve unit, and pipeline auxiliary parts. An oil pump motor drives the pump to output pressure oil. To ensure that the oil is clean, there is an oil filter at the oil pump port. The pressure oil from the pump first enters the pressure regulator system, sets the pressure, and then passes through the channel block. The three-way four-way valve leads to the cylinder. 

The hydraulic pump station system is manufactured in strict accordance with national standards and standards, and the layout is reasonable. Fully consider energy-efficient, reduce waste, and reduce heat sources. The system is independent, and the proper connection point adopts professional sealant to prevent leakage and facilitate maintenance and maintenance.
